Oklahoma State Sales Tax
The state of Oklahoma requires businesses which sell products by mail
to pay sales tax, regardless of whether they are shipping to customers
within the state or customers outside of the state. As a
consequence, we must charge sales tax even if you do not live in
Oklahoma.
Similar laws in other states have been found unconstitutional, but to
the best of our knowledge, the Oklahoma law has not been tested in
court. In any case, it's still being enforced, and we can't afford
to fight it. We appreciate your understanding.
